How long do we store information about you?
Your personal information will only be stored for as long as there is a need to save it for the purposes for which the information was collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Returpack may save the information longer if necessary to comply with legal requirements or to safeguard Returpack's legal interests, e.g. whether a legal process is underway.
With whom can we share your information with?
Returpack may disclose your information to third parties, such as to Returpack's other companies and other partners such as suppliers of IT infrastructure.
Your personal information may be shared with credit reporting companies and providers of similar services for the purpose of assessing your creditworthiness when you apply to use the return system, as well as to confirm your identity and address.
Returpack may provide necessary information to authorities such as the Swedish Data Inspectorate, the Swedish Tax Agency or other authorities if we are obliged to do so by law or if you have approved that we do so.
Where do we process your personal data?
We always strive to process your data within the EU/EEA.
